Who We Are

The many faces of change
86% of people with a disability have great attendance.

When compared to non-disabled co-workers, the majority of those with a disability had similar or better attendance.

As an organization dedicated to inclusivity and the promotion of equality, it should come as no surprise that we consist of a wide variety of people with different skills and knowledge. However, we all share the same interest in achieving the goals of ILRC.

The Independent Living Resource Centre is a consumer-controlled organization committed to providing supports, resources, and opportunities for empowerment, which enable persons with disabilities to make informed choices about their lives. We promote the idea of independent living and offer our services and supports upon request.
